JAMES COMTOIS (Playwright)- is one of the co-founders of the Boston-based sketch comedy group, Slow Children at Play, for which he was involved in writing, producing, directing and acting. His first play, simply entitled The Show, was produced in 1997 at The Play Ground Playwrights' Festival in Boston, which he also directed. The following year Monkeys was presented at the festival as a staged reading. Currently James makes a meager living writing for a business trade newspaper here in New York.
