DON PICCIN (Dad)- hits the NYC boards tonight after an unremarkable career in L.A. as the seventh original cast member of Friends. Though only to be a voice from the terrace above, his character, “Skippy the Neighbor”, was cut from the pilot after an ugly contract dispute.
